These terms and conditions govern your use of the Cyclades Luxury Villas website and your relationship with us. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not book a stay with us.
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We use WebHotelier as our booking engine partner. When you make a reservation, you will be transferred to their secure platform to complete the transaction. A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking. No refunds are available.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time: From 15:00 PM local time.
Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM local time.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.
4. House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to respect our neighbors, the following rules apply:
- No Parties/Events: Large gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 23:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. You may smoke in outdoor areas provided you use the ashtrays supplied.
- Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for each villa.
5. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages discovered after your departure. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
6. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Naxos.
